Use this form to create a submission request for FEGA Sweden. You do not need to have every detail settled before submitting it. Once we have received your request, the FEGA Sweden Helpdesk will review the information, help clarify any open questions, and contact you about the next steps.

Submitting a request is useful even if your organisation is not yet onboarded, since it allows us to assess your case and advise you on how to proceed.
