Is my organisation onboarded?
To submit data to FEGA Sweden, we need to have established processes with your organisation (e.g., legal and administrative routines) to make submission possible.
We currently have established processes with Lund University and Uppsala University, and work is ongoing to establish processes with additional organisations.
FEGA Sweden also has Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with several additional organisations; see Complying with GDPR. A DPA is usually part of onboarding, but it does not on its own mean that the organisation is fully onboarded for data submission.
If your organisation is not onboarded
If your organisation is not yet onboarded, it usually means that the legal and administrative prerequisites for data submission are not yet in place. In practice, this means that a full submission cannot move forward until those processes have been established with your organisation.
We still recommend that you submit a submission request. That helps us assess your case and contact you with the next steps. For example, we can let you know whether:
- onboarding of your organisation is already ongoing
- additional onboarding work needs to be initiated
- there are preparatory steps you can take while onboarding is being handled
Submitting a request early is therefore useful even if your organisation is not yet onboarded, since it allows us to advise you on what is possible and what may need to happen before data can be submitted.
If you are unsure, feel free to contact the FEGA Sweden Helpdesk.
